This end grain cutting board is made of Red Oak with Jarrah, Walnut, and spalted Red Oak accents. The bookmatched spalted Red Oak in this board is especially spectacular.

Finished with Tung oil and then waxed with a mineral oil and beeswax mix.

All of the wood used in our cutting boards is sustainably harvested or reclaimed. Most of the wood we use is milled on our own property in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with the reclaimed Jarrah being the only exception.
